According to data received from Minister Marina Fayrushina in the government of the Moscow region at prices and tariffs, in 2013, residents of the Moscow region expect an increase in heat tariffs by an average of 9.7%, the same applies to water supply and sanitation - tariffs for these services will increase by 6 , 3%, and the provision of electricity by 12%.
According to earlier information received by the government, it became known that the rise in prices for utilities in the Moscow region will begin on July 1 of the current year, and for the whole year their value will increase by about 10%. In addition, the expected increase in the standard cost of housing and communal services, which is calculated on one square. m of the total area of the apartment, and will change from 109.61 rubles (which is typical for January of this year) to 120.21 rubles (to be valid from July 1).
Fayrushina noted that for families in which the amount spent on the payment of utility bills exceeds 22% of total family income, a subsidy from the budget of the Moscow Region is provided to pay for these services. The establishment of such tariffs was based on the order of the Russian Federal Tariff Service.
As for the tariffs set for the use of public transport, their increase in the region has already occurred since January 1 of this year, while they have increased by 9%. The resolution of the regional government provides for the cost of one fare in a bus, tram or trolley bus in the amount of 25 rubles, and earlier travel in these types of public transport was 23 rubles. If a passenger buys a ticket from a driver, the cost of a ticket increases to 30 rubles.
But in the "Central Suburban Passenger Company" (CPPK) reported that in 2013 the increase in the cost of travel on trains is not planned. At the moment, the road from the Moscow region to the capital and back outside Moscow is paid in the amount of 16.5 rubles, within the Moscow Ring Road area you have to pay 26 rubles for the fare.
