The difficulties that come into our lives
The difficulties that come into our lives, there are two plans - external and internal. Wise men say that we, as individuals, have two realities in which we exist now.
Personality is the soul, and what we see in the mirror and feel it is the body. It exists on two levels - the subtle body, or the body of the psyche, and the physical body. Personality - the soul that came into this world has difficulties at these two levels.
Difficulties at the level of the physical body are different problem events, something that worries us on the external plane. In addition to anxieties on the gross physical plane, there are still anxieties on the subtle mental plane. These inner difficulties are different experiences, inner pain that we experience.
You and I live in an environment that constantly gives us trouble both from the outside and the inside. Let's understand that this world and this life are built according to the law of love. And then you will say: “How can it be that life is built according to the laws of love, but at the same time we have so many worries?” And everything is very simple.
One woman told me an example with her little son. Son then was about three years old. He put his left palm in the slot next to the door jamb of the open door, and with his right hand he clung to that door. He was interested, he checked how he can interact with this world, how the world obeys him.
He began to pull the door on himself. He did not have much coordination yet, he was quietly drawing in, and the door approached him very slowly. Mother was standing nearby, she understood that the situation was safe and she was just curious if he would figure out or not understand what was happening.
So, with one hand, he pulled the door to himself, and the other hand was in the gap at the jamb. When the door closed, the gap narrowed and the door began to pinch his hand, and he began to howl. At first, little by little ... He felt that his left hand was anxious, the pain intensified there, but he had curiosity in his right hand, and he continued to pull the door towards himself with this curiosity. He was curious: I was pulling the door, she was approaching. There was curiosity in his right hand, and anxiety in his left.
On the right, curiosity is growing, so he is increasingly pulling the door on himself, and anxiety on the left is also increasing. He had two such emotions. In the end, he began to shout. And when he began to shout, the mother approached him and stopped his right hand.
So, this example is very similar to our life with you, because these worries that you and I have in life are reactions to our wrong actions. We very often feel the pain, experiences, difficulties, sufferings that come to us, negatively. But tell me, is this the left hand of the child, has the door been pinched or something else?
The bottom line is that this world is built according to the laws of discipleship. That is, if we commit any wrong actions in it, then it hurts us. What for? So that we corrected some of our actions and actions, because we are violating the laws of the universe. Because of our activity, which violates the laws of the universe, we get a reaction in the form of pain and suffering.
