The representative of NAI Becar shared the company's plans to invest in a project to develop road and transport infrastructure in the Northern District and north-eastern Moscow with a total value of 9.75 billion rubles. A tram depot, a transport interchange hub (TPU), a multi-tiered parking intercept, a shopping center and a complex of storage facilities will be built on the allocated site.
According to some data, the evaluation of the preliminary project, the main co-performer of which is the State Unitary Enterprise MosgortransNIIproekt, has already been carried out by the company. Not without a marketing justification for the placement of commercial facilities as an addition to TPU and the development of a financial model of the project, taking into account the order of the Moscow Department of Transport.
The location of the object is 140 thousand square meters. a site was chosen in the Northern district of the capital, where the reserve sludge fields of the water treatment plant were previously decommissioned.
Alexander Jerusalem, director of the department, said that the project has already allocated funds in the amount of 9.75 billion rubles, of which 8.1 billion rubles will be used for the construction of the tram depot and the construction of tracks.
With the help of a new high-speed tram line, the city network will be connected to the TPU, and the launch of the first routes is planned to the Medvedkovo metro station. In the future, the issue of direct tram communication with Savelovsky railway station will be resolved.
