  • Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons;
  • Salt pepper.

How to cook pizza in a pan:

Cut the tomato and sweet pepper in circles, chop the greens and onion too. Greens should be no less than a handful.Grate hard cheese.When all products are prepared, I usually put them on a bowl, so that they were at hand.Still prepare a deep bowl, confectionery whisk, tablespoons, a teaspoon, a silicone tassel, a griddle and a flat dish.So let's get started. In the bowl knead the eggs with the addition of sour cream. Add slaked soda to them and mix well.In the batch do not fill in large portions of sifted flour and salt.   • Ham - 150 grams;

  • Tomato spicy sauce - two tablespoons;

You can proceed:

Tomato and pepper cut circles. The ham is not a shallow straw. Grind greens and onion. Three cheese on the largest grater.Prepare all the dishes in advance, so that they would not waste time searching for them.

So, let's proceed to the test: Whip whisk milk, testicle, olive oil and salt.Sifting portions of flour, pour it into the batch and without stopping we interfere with it until obtaining the viscosity of sour cream of medium thickness.
The pan at this time is already heated on a stove, over low heat. When it warms up well, remove it from the heat with a butter cup and pour over the mixture. Gently spread it with a wooden spatula evenly.Pour on top with spicy tomato sauce and distribute it over the surface too. Delicate kefir pizza

This is truly a winter version. It looks as if it is sprinkled with snow. And under it will be added also canned mushrooms. As in the winter for the snowy forest.

  • Kefir - 250 grams;
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup;
  • Egg - 1 piece;
  • Soda Ash - 1/5 small spoon;
  • Table vinegar - 1/2 a spoonful;

  • Marinated mushrooms - 100 grams;
  • Boiled eggs - 2pcs;
  • Zucchini - 0.5 pieces;
  • Hard cheese - 100 grams;

  • Tomato sauce - 50 grams;
  • Sunflower oil - for lubrication.

Procedure:

Remove it from the oven, grease with butter. And distribute the batch over the entire surface as evenly as possible.Next, put tomato sauce and distribute too.Then comes in layers of filling in this order: mushrooms, greens, zucchini. When the pizza is ready, remove it from the heat, shift it from the frying pan to the dish and cut it before it gets cold.The only thing I want to add after taking the sample is to add a little more salt, probably because of the eggs, it seemed not salted.

Delicious pizza in mayonnaise

To be honest, this option was prepared from what was in the fridge, but from this it was no less tasty, after which we began to call it the “Spring” way.

Products:

  • Mayonnaise - 75 grams;
  • Milk - 100 grams;
  • Kefir - 90 grams;
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pieces;
  • Wheat flour - 400 grams;
  • Soda Ash - Pinch;
  • Table vinegar - 1⁄2 tsp;
  • Olives - 1⁄2 cans;
  • Hard cheese - 100 grams;
  • Carrots - 1⁄2 pieces;
  • Greens - 1 bunch;
  • Tomato sauce - 2 tablespoons;
  • Sunflower oil - for lubrication.

What we do:

We cut the olives by the floor, grate the carrots on a Korean grater. Chop greens, grate cheese.Prepare in advance all the dishes and products necessary in the cooking process. We do the batch: Mayonnaise, milk and kefir are mixed together. We add there to the slaked soda at this stage it is not necessary to salt.Then parts add the sifted flour and mix until the ingredients are homogeneous.

Flour should always be pre-sifted through a sieve, so you saturate it with oxygen and the dough will be more magnificent.

The frying pan should already be on the stove and heated over low heat.Remove it from the stove and grease it with a silicone brush and sunflower oil. Then pour the resulting mixture into it, evenly leveling it with a wooden spatula.

The next is tomato sauce, it also needs to be leveled.

It was the turn and to the filling: first comes the carrots, then the greens and chopped olives. Salt and pepper. And fall asleep all the grated cheese.

In this recipe, olives can be easily replaced with olives, the recipe will not get worse.

We put the pan with the workpiece on the smallest fire, cover with the lid and simmer for at least ten minutes, until the cheese is melted.Then remove it from the heat and serve hot.In fact, initially, according to the recipe, you should add artichokes and olives, but since not all the ingredients are present in our stores, but the carrot is an excellent substitute. And despite the simplicity of the components of the filling, to taste it goes very personal.

And the proportions are always about the same, that is, one portion of sour cream takes the same amount of flour, or if a glass of kefir or milk, then a glass of flour. It should become like sour cream of medium thickness and spread freely over the surface of the pan.The main factor influencing the taste of the finished product is the composition of the filling. This I declare to you 100 percent. And it is impossible to say for sure which one or another pizza will come out. But the fact that they will be delicious, I guarantee you that.
