After all, the basic movement in it is a variety of accented movements with buttocks. - Turn on some rhythmic wind tunes and start practicing.
- Place your feet at a distance of double the width of your shoulders,Socks out and bend them in the lap. Check that your knees are looking to the sides, not forward. You do not have to crouch too low, the pose should be firm and comfortable.
- Tilt your body slightly forward, put your hands on your hips. Thumbs should cover the back, and the rest - the belly. Watch your posture. The shoulders are straightened, the head looks straight.
- Now start to work slowlybuttocks. Bend in the lower back and try to raise the ass slightly. The housing is fed slightly forward. Now try to align the lower back. Feels like you should think that you bent it back. Do this exercise slowly, into the rhythm of the music. As soon as you start to get it, speed up the pace twice. This exercise is rather provocative, but it perfectly trains the flexibility of the lower back, the muscles of the buttocks and the lower press.
- When you get the basic movement,practice shaking your buttocks from side to side. To do this, fix in the position with the deflection of the waist forward and start to quickly move the booty from side to side. Try not to move other parts of the body.
Tverking with emphasis on hands
- The initial position of the legs is the same. Lean down so that at least the fingers touch the floor. Do not be humbled. If stretch allows you, do not bend your legs in your lap - so the movements will look more impressive.
- Now bend your knees a little, and when straightening, curl the waist back. Train first to perform this exercise slowly, and then accelerate the pace.
- As soon as you start to get the previous bunch, add shaking to it with buttocks. When it is performed, the knees should be straight.
- This exercise can be varied by unusualthe rotation of the buttocks: the first half-circle perform quickly, and the second - as if stretching the movement. Try to accent each deflection back. That's how your dance will be most expressive.
