How to cook a stew in a multivariate?

  • eggplant - 1 piece;
  • beef - 400 g;
  • tomato paste - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
  • tomato juice - 500 ml;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

The process of making such a ragout consists of several steps:

  1. Wash meat and cut into small pieces.
  2. Peel and chop the onion, mix it with salt, pepper and tomato juice.
  3. In the resulting mixture marinate the meat.
  4. After several hours, pour the butter into the bowl of the multivark, place the beef there and fry, setting the "Baking" mode for this, for 30 minutes.
  5. Cut the remaining vegetables into cubes, fill with tomato paste, and then lay them to ready-made meat, switch the appliance to "Quenching" mode and cook the dish for another 20 minutes, and then serve to the table.

Vegetable stew with chicken

To prepare a stew in a multivarker took a minimum of time, use a chicken as meat. It will give the dish a delicate taste and make it low-calorie. It requires the following ingredients:

  • zucchini - 2 pcs .;
  • potatoes - 3 pcs .;
  • chicken drumstick - 2 pcs .;
  • carrots - 2 pieces;
  • mushrooms - 100 g;
  • Bulgarian pepper - 1 pc .;
  • mustard - 1 tsp;
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp. l .;
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp. l .;
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

A vegetable stew with chicken is prepared as follows:

  1. In a bowl, combine the mustard and mayonnaise, and then place the shins there and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
  2. All the vegetables cut into small pieces and put into a cup.
  3. Put the marinated chicken in the multivark and fry for 15 minutes, setting the "Baking" mode.
  4. Add the sliced ​​vegetables to the meat, fill with water, set the appliance to "Quenching" mode and cook the dish for another 35 minutes.
  5. Pepper and salt the stew, cook it for another 5 minutes with the lid open, and then serve to the table.
