Dolma in grape leaves recipe

Now is the season of young grape leaves, and the recipe of dolma in grape leaves is more than ever. For my taste, much tastier than with cabbage. Dolma is the same stuffed cabbage, only minced meat is wrapped in a grape leaf, not in cabbage. These are the names of the peoples of Asia and the Balkans (Serbs, Bulgarians ...). A dish of dolma is in the traditional Georgian, Armenian, Turkish and even Greek menu.

The grape leaves give it a sour note. Leaves on dolma should be chosen young and veined. Dolma is made from ground beef with rice, but there are also vegetarian variations.
