Telecommunications holding Rostelecom received a proposal from the Czech group PPF to transfer to the management of real estate in the capital of Russia with an area of more than 100 thousand square meters, as well as in the regions, RBC daily reports.

The source of the publication specifies that negotiations are underway on 10-15 objects that are located in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Real Estate Company, which is a division of the PPF group, hopes to get property management for their further reconstruction.

Rostelecom has not yet made a final decision on its assets, according to the source of the holding. Although the company is interested in selling its non-core assets, no specific negotiations have been conducted with anyone yet.
