Before the new year in Moscow will open the metro station
The new metro station Sretensky Boulevard will be opened before the new year: December 30th. This is a day later than the date previously planned, said Nikolai Shumakov, Chief Architect of Metrogiprotrans OJSC.
As he clarified, a similar delay in the opening of a new metro station in the city center is connected with the decision of Rostechnadzor.
According to Shumakov, the new station will close the "triangle": "Chistye Prudy" (Sokolnicheskaya line) - "Turgenevskaya" (Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya) - "Sretensky Boulevard" (Lyublinskaya).
The ground part of Sretensky Boulevard will not appear for another couple of years, and it will be possible to get into it only through Turgenevskaya or Chistye Prudy, the architect added.
