The building was purchased by the construction company ZAO Stroymontazh last fall for 1 billion 70 million rubles. The total price of trading exceeded the starting price by 2.5 times. The area of the building together with the adjacent territory is 6 thousand 350 square meters. In its place it is planned to build an elite residential complex of about 10 thousand square meters. m. The building, which is going to demolish, was built in 1953 for KGB officers. Emergency it was recognized more than 20 years ago.
